Premium Cleaning Package

Our Premium Cleaning package is a great way to give your property a much deserved refresh! Whether you want to wash away all of the dirt and grime left behind from the winter, or just want to have your house sparkling again, this package is perfect for you. Offering a 20% discount on all of our cleaning services, this package starts at only $400. At North York General Contracting we're not satisfied until you are. We treat every home as if it were our own and provide  the best service possible.

Our base Premium Cleaning Package includes:

• The first 500 square feet of pressure washing
• The first 15 exterior window panes including the frames thoroughly scrubbed and washed
• The first 100 linear feet of gutter cleaning

For any services that are exceeding the base package, we will be more than happy to give the same discounted rate when adding onto the package. Gutter guard installation is also available upon request and subject to an additional cost.
